A Word From Our President

As the marketplace becomes more complex and competitive, customers require better service, lower price and quicker response time from their direct suppliers and service providers. We must deliver world class and value-added service in order to maintain our competitiveness and increase satisfaction to our customers.

Since our establishment in the United States, we follow the motto “Provision of reliable, safe and efficient service to every customer” developed by our parent company in Japan. This will continue to be our guiding principle.

As we have continually done so, we put even more effort in enhancing our customer service, strengthening the quality of our transportation network and widening its coverage to suit the international logistics needs of our growing customers. Our C-TPAT and other government-related acreditations are proof of our staff’s commitment in security and quality service.

To cope with the future challenges, we will continue to invest in our staff and our information technology infrastrature. More professional training programs will be provided to our staff and more resources will be allocated for developing and upgrading our I.T. systems and facilities.
